How do I make an appointment? Please text me on 087 7774512 to schedule an appointment.

What is the cost? Each appointment costs €85.

Do health insurers provide cover for treatment? Yes, health insurers cover some of the treatment cost. Please consult your health insurer directly to find out exactly what you can claim back on each treatment.

What can I expect at my first appointment? The first appointment is very important. I will ask you a variety of questions around your chronic pain symptoms. I will assess the biomechanics of your movement. I will ask about lifestyle, sleep, nutrition and exercise. I will investigate various triggers that might increase your pain. Once all relevant information is gathered we will discuss a treatment plan. Usually each appointment involves some form of manual therapy to reduce your pain experience. This may involve hands-on work to help relax the parasympathetic nervous system. Dry needling, mobilisation or manipulation depending on what is needed at the time. I will always try to introduce a small exercise programme designed specifically for your needs in the first appointment.

How long does each appointment last? Approximately 50 minutes. From my experience helping people with chronic pain it is important to allow appropriate time to understand all facets of their experience. Fifty minutes allows enough time to really listen and together we can create a plan of action.

What is the cancellation policy? I will need at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. The full fee will apply for cancellations fee within 24 hours.

Can I park outside your clinic? Yes. There is on street parking directly outside my clinic. It is pay and display.
